Weigh-in….

…It was the same, and I’m gonna blame this on:

1) feminine reasons… I can FEEL the bloat. ICK

No big deal! I’m still doing my thing. Instead of taking two full carb-up DAYS this weekend I’m just gonna do a couple of within-reason “cheat” meals. I have a birthday celebration to attend every night starting tonight, but tonight we’re going to a Peruvian restaurant so I can have a pretty good meal of ceviche and salad.

I have to make a huge batch of cupcakes, though, so frosting those without sampling is going to be a challenge :) I bought a pack of minty gum for the task.

  1. mrs-spaghetti said: I’m not weighing myself this month but last week when I measured my stomach at my hip bones I had gained almost an inch! I knew it was because of my period and that this week will be better. Don’t worry about, just drink lots of water!
