Today’s workout log….

OK I seriously did cardio along to this random Zumba class for old ladies in Boca Raton, Florida that I found on YouTube. Whatever you’re picturing in your head, I’m sure it was more awkward. I’m so uncool.

Related news: I miss my treadmill. I need to save for a new used one. Upper body weight session logged after the jump — still lagging there but at least no DNFs today.

Bench press: 75# X 8, 70# 8 X 2

Bent-over row: EZ bar + 60# 8 X 3

Shoulder press: 55# 8 X 3

Lying tricep extension: EZ bar + 20# 8 X 3

EZ-bar curl: bar + 25# 8 X 3
