Leg day done already….
Figured I’d get this out of the way earlier in the day than usual. The way things are going, I should be at my first strength goal of body weight deadlift/squat by late next month, hopefully.
Note to self: wear flat shoes until the weekend.
Wide-legged BB squat: 100# 6 X3
Deadlift: 110# 6 X 3
Leg extensions: 100# 6 X 3
Leg curls: 50# 6 X 3 (add more next time)
BB standing calf raises: 55# 20 X 3 (add more next time)
