I was gonna get frozen yogurt but I realized I *really* wanted a scoop of something in a cone… So I got cones and Ben & Jerry’s blueberry/graham frozen Greek yogurt at the store. I had a normal 1/2 cup portion and I gotta say that, at least this time, it was way more satisfying than a tub of low-cal froyo.
Good news about today: finally got to try the Ben & Jerry’s blueberry/graham cracker frozen Greek yogurt!
The frozen Greek yogurt had arrived but was “not ready to be displayed” (?) so I had to “settle” for a kid’s size of Milk and Cookies (270).
That puts me at about maintenance calories for the day and concludes the “cheat day” junk cravings fest. Over it now!
