Fear foods galore here (chips, mayonnaise, sandwich bread!) but I did enjoy half of this lobster roll :)

Lunch: shredded pulled chicken breast, coleslaw in light dressing, supposedly low-fat sweet potatoes topped with coconut (the menu made it sound like these weren’t mashed, but oh well)

Late lunch at a Greek diner (Athens Family Restaurant): a chopped vegetable salad — no lettuce, just diced tomato, cucumber, peppers, onions, olives, pepperoncini,and feta — topped with chicken souvlaki.

I ordered a “BBQ salad” at Interstate Bar-B-Q in Memphis for lunch and this is what came out… Hah!! I guess the lettuce is under there somewhere?

Okay, enough Olympian-stalking. Late lunch/meal 3: leftover shrimp/peppers/asparagus plus black beans over lettuce.

So, unsurprisingly based on my quick barrage of procrastinating text posts, I was “working hard” all afternoon and am having a late lunch now. (No big, I had a late breakfast — a protein pancake with peanut butter — and then another one, the same thing, a few hours later). So right now I’m having low-sodium deli turkey and cheddar on gluten-free flaxseed bread and a bowl of cherry tomatoes. Nothing against gluten; I just bought the bread during a crazy restrict-y week a while back but I figure I’d better use it up. Hopefully I don’t regret the cheese when I work out in a bit, though….

how is that cobb salad? i almost got it the other day but held off because panera is usually so … disappointing.

It’s a Cobb salad :) As long as the produce ingredients are fresh (they were) and the rest of it is cooked, it’s hard to mess up, ya know?
