So, unsurprisingly based on my quick barrage of procrastinating text posts, I was “working hard” all afternoon and am having a late lunch now. (No big, I had a late breakfast — a protein pancake with peanut butter — and then another one, the same thing, a few hours later). So right now I’m having low-sodium deli turkey and cheddar on gluten-free flaxseed bread and a bowl of cherry tomatoes. Nothing against gluten; I just bought the bread during a crazy restrict-y week a while back but I figure I’d better use it up. Hopefully I don’t regret the cheese when I work out in a bit, though….

It’s a Cobb salad :) As long as the produce ingredients are fresh (they were) and the rest of it is cooked, it’s hard to mess up, ya know?
